DAY 1

Arrival & First Impressions

You land in Pula and the Istrian adventure begins. We pick you up from the airport and head to our private villa — your home for the next few days. Tonight is all about settling in, meeting the girls, and a welcome dinner with local wine. First impressions of Istria: the stone buildings, the olive trees, the warm evening light.

Rovinj

Rovinj is one of those places that stops you in your tracks. Cobblestone streets, colourful houses climbing up to the church, boats bobbing in the harbour. We explore the old town, grab coffee at a waterfront café, and take it all in.

Buje, Grožnjan & Rossi wine tasting

The Brijuni Day We'll Never Forget

We took the little tourist train and waved at donkeys, zebras, and even an elephant. Then we hit the beach. Drinks in hand, salty messy hair. Someone pulled out UNO cards. No pressure. No plans. Just being. As the boat pulled away, the sky exploded into this ridiculous pink-orange sunset… and in that moment, we weren't just travelers anymore. We were friends.

Truffle hunting & tasting in Motovun

We drive to Motovun and meet a local family who takes us truffle hunting with their dogs through the forest. We find real truffles, then sit down to a homemade feast — truffle eggs, cheese, oils, and yes, truffle cake. Afterwards we wander Motovun's cobblestone streets, sip coffee with a view, and end the night with dinner at a local restaurant.
